I grew up in a household where both parents were very creative - whether it was music, writing, painting, or sewing - creativity was always around. My grandmother too made beautiful clothing and painted a gallery's worth of gorgeous artwork. Creativity reached me too - I remember being quite young and fully engrossed in a construction paper, tempera paint, and glue/paste project. It took me to another place.

I have always worked on something creative and/or expressive - started violin and singing when I was 7, started photography and creative writing at about the same time as a part of my hobbies and play time. When I was in my 20's I began using painting, crochet, and sewing as a means to help manage some extreme insomnia, and discovered a new world in Expressive Arts and some painting courses. I studied painting and art for several years in the Packard Art Studio in Los Altos, California, studied studio arts at San Diego State University and Marriage and Family Therapy with a focus on Art Therapy at Notre Dame de Namur University.

In addition to my other creative pursuits I began writing, and also began taking spiritual growth and energy work classes in 2002. All these experiences have fed me deeply, helped me heal, and helped me dream and bring me to many of my dreams manifest in reality. Most importantly, it has changed how I feel about myself, helped me access and anchor my own inner and upper resources, and bring them into life. I am sharing everything I have learned here in the hopes that you may enjoy developing your creativity, help you heal, and help you expand and build the life of your dreams.
